R22's: These are our primary training helicopters. The R22 is used by most flight schools because of its reliability and safety. Our two R22s are recent models and are kept in tip top shape by our competent mechanics. Because of their responsiveness an maneuverability, the R22's gave rise to this saying: “If you can fly the R22, you can fly any helicopter.” These are the helicopters in which we train most of our students. |

R44: The R44 is Robinson Helicopters' four-seat model. It is based on the same design as the R22 and is every bit as reliable, but because of its added weight and power it is more stable and can carry more weight. Some of our students prefer the added power and stability of the R44. It is definitely worth considering. |
